Chhichhore Box Office Day 1 (Early Trends): The Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma led film has finally hit the screens and received fairly good reviews from the critics. The word of mouth (WOM) is leaning towards positive, which is a good sign for the film. Still, in its initial days, it’ll be too early to say anything about WOM.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s highest openers contain a mammoth M.S.Dhoni – The Untold Story (21.30 crores) on the top position. The second one, Kedarnath (7.25 crores) has a huge gap between the collections. The early estimates for Chhichhore suggest it just could edge-pass Kedarnath to be the 2nd highest opener of Sushant Singh Rajput.
As per the early trends, the movie has collected in the range of 6-8 crores. This was the usual prediction, but a good thing is, Chhichhore is aiming towards the upper-roof of this range. The evening shows have performed comparatively well, and hence the jump. Well, it’s to be seen whether or not it breaks some milestones in Sushant’s highest openers’ list but as of now, this is a good number for the film.
