Boss began its 1st Monday with a heavy drop. The film went down in the weekend due to the ongoing cricket matches and showed no signs of growth further. The film, on its 1st Monday, managed to sustain its earnings only in the range of 3 crores. With that the cumulative collections of the film rested at the 45 crore mark.
The film performed well in many circuits including a host of single screens especially in circuits like Punjab, Haryana, Delhi,Rajasthan and Central India circuits. However, in the multiplexes and most urban regions, the film did not spark off a good response. The film has still not crossed over the 50 crore mark which has reduced its chances of making a 100 crores at the domestic box office.
