Speaking about Aryan Khan's passion for acting, Shah Rukh Khan has said on David Letterman's show My Next Guest Needs No Introduction that Aryan realizes that he cannot become an actor.

On the show, Shah Rukh Khan spoke about his kids Aryan Khan and Suhana Khan as well. A lot of times, SRK said that Aryan doesn’t want to become an actor. Even in David’s show, he talked about it and said that he thinks his son can’t act.

The Dil Se actor said, “My son doesn’t want to act and I don’t think he can. But in India, it’s like if you are a movie star’s son then you might become a movie star. He looks nice and he’s tall and okay. But I don’t think he has what it takes perhaps, and he realizes it himself.”

The dimpled actor said that wanting to be an actor should come from within and is something a person feels like wanting to do it.

Shah Rukh Khan said that his son is a good writer. Khan also shared the issue which Aryan figured out if he decides to become an actor. SRK shared, “His issue was, which I think is very very practical and honest, every time I will be compared to you. So if I do well it will not be because I got skilled at this but it will be like, obviously he is the son so he will do well. It’s in the genes.”

Shah Rukh concluded saying, “And if I don’t do well it will always be like ‘my God look at him. what his father did and what is he doing. So he says I don’t want to be in this position.”
