Shah Rukh Khan has signed Imtiaz Ali’s next directorial and we are more than excited to see how this combo will work out.
Imtiaz is known for his niche films and this is the first time he will be teaming up with SRK. While earlier, there were rumors that the film will have Shah Rukh playing the role of a Sikh, the actor rubbished the rumours recently.
Talking about the film he said, “All I can say is the fact that I am not playing a Sardaar in the film and it is not a comedy drama.”

Post the hectic schedule of Fan and Raees, Shah Rukh is taking a break and will start working on this film around July. In the meanwhile, Imtiaz is finalizing the locations for the same.
According to a report in Times Of India, the film will be shot across various locations which mainly include Punjab and London. Also one of the possible locations is Budapest. Imtiaz will be traveling to Budapest and a few other cities across Europe.
The film is expected to hit the theaters by mid 2017.
