Salman Khan Swam Underwater To Impress Director’s Girlfriend To Grab His Debut Advertisement

We know Salman Khan for being straight out of the heart-talker over the years. From bashing critics to saying anything unfiltered, there have been many occasions where he has said something inviting a huge chunk of criticism.

Salman Khan was recently seen in Dabangg 3 and the film has not done as per the expectations at the box office. The movie has crossed the 100 crore mark in 5 days and is aiming to stay stable during these weekdays.

During his appearance at The Tara Sharma Show, Salman Khan shared a fascinating incident of grabbing his first advertisement because of impressing a girl.

He said, “I was swimming one day at the Sea Rock club and I saw this really beautiful, young lady walking past in a red sari. To impress her, I dived in the water and being such an idiot, I swam the whole length underwater. So when I came out on the other side, she was not there. Next day, I get a call from Far Productions, saying that they want me to do a cold drink commercial – it was Campa Cola, at that point of time. I was wondering, ‘How did this come about?’”
