Saif Ali Khan is certainly enjoying what can be called the second innings of his career. But it was his 2001 film, Dil Chahta Hai that made him an overnight sensation and a craze among the youth of those days. But while the film featured Aamir Khan, Akshaye Khanna and Saif in equally pivotal roles, Saif says he was always conscious about sharing the screen with Aamir and Akshaye!
Yes, the Nawab Of Pataudi says that while he was never intimidated by the two actors, he was always conscious around them. Saif was peaking during the session titled Playing it Saif at the India Today E-Conclave Corona Series, where he spilled the beans on his experience of working with the two rather polished actors.

The Hum Saath Saath Hain actor said, “Everyone was taking Aamir Khan and Akshaye Khanna very seriously. They are really good actors. I was never intimidated by them but I was always conscious of the fact that I am working with such powerful actors. So, I should better know what I am doing. I guess it worked out well.”

That’s not it, Saif was also has all praises for his Hum Saath Saath Hain co-star Salman Khan. Calling Salman a superstar right from his first shot, Saif said, “Salman is the instinctive kind of superstar. He was the superstar from the first shot he gave. The country feel in love with him, they are still in love with him. So, nothing has changed apart from getting a little older or whatever.”
Saif Ali Khan says he has been spending his days under the lockdown by reading a lot and making the most of the time he has got with wifey and actress Kareena Kapoor Khan and their little muchkin Taimur.
