Saif Ali Khan Opens On Nepotism Debate Post Sushant Singh Rajput Death

Saif Ali Khan has created a niche fan base for himself. The actor has proved his acting capabilities with projects like Sacred Games, Tanhaji, Love Aaj Kal amongst others. With Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise, a lot of A-listers are being on the receiving end of the backlash. The actor is now opening up how he has been a victim of nepotism too.

For the unversed, Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide. Many industry members including Karan Johar, Salman Khan are being blamed for it. Along with that, subjects of nepotism and favouritism have surfaced too. Saif when asked about the same, shared he has been a victim too.

In a conversation with The Indian Express, Saif Ali Khan said, “There is inequality in India that needs to be explored. Nepotism, favoritism, and camps are different subjects. Even I have been a victim of nepotism but nobody speaks of that. I’m happy to see more people from film institutes come to the forefront.”
