Saaho: French Director Accuses Makers Of Prabhas-Shraddha Starrer Of COPYING His Film ‘Largo Winch’

Saaho, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhas is doing very well at the ticket windows with earnings of 93.28 crores already in its kitty in just 4 days. However, things haven’t been really well since the start when actress Lisa Ray accused Sujeeth and team of plagiarism in the song ‘Baby Won’t You Tell Me’. Now, another controversy is rife since French Director Jerome Salle has alleged that the movie is a copy of his film Largo Winch.

It all happened after one of the users tagged the director on his Twitter mentioning Saaho was just another copy of his movie. To this, Jerome sarcastically replied, “I think I have a promising career in India.”

Soon after, he took to his Twitter and accused the team of copying his movie as he wrote, “It seems this second “freemake” of Largo Winch is as bad as the first one. So please Telugu directors, if you steal my work, at least do it properly? And as my “Indian career” tweet was of course ironic, I’m sorry but I’m not gonna be able to help.

Now, that definitely isn’t a news to look forward to for the Saaho team amidst everything happening in favour.
