Rajat Kapoor Apologizes After Being Accused By A Journalist Of Sexual Harassment

Earlier, Tanushree Dutta sparked the debate on #MeToo movement and now it’s one of the biggest movements in the history of Indian film industry. Many celebrities and journalists are now openly talking about their dark incident by exposing some renowned personalities in industry. After Nana Patekar, Vivek agnihotri, Vikas Bahl, Chetan Bhagat and Kailash Kher, now Rajat Kapoor joins the list of alleged celebrities.

Recently, a journalist accused Rajat Kapoor for sexually harassing her, for which he apologised on Twitter. Dil Chahta Hain actor said that all his life he has tried to be a decent man and apologized to the female journalist if ever he slipped through his actions or words.

Rajat tweeted, “I am sorry from the bottom of my heart- and sad that I was the cause of this hurt to another human being. If there is one thing more important to me than even my work, it is to be a good human being. And I have tried to be that person. And now, I will try harder.”

The female journalist had said that Rajat Kapoor had sent her messages which were harassing and approaching.
