Katrina Kaif Soon To Be The FIRST Indian Female Superhero As Director Ali Abbas Zafar Finalises The Script

For a long time now, rumours around Bharat director Ali Abbas Zafar was doing the rounds. The filmmaker was said to be working on a superhero film but here’s a twist. It’s all set to be the first superhero film with a female in lead. However, things are now all sorted. Katrina Kaif is indeed the leading lady, and below are the details you need.

Like most of us, celebs too have been stranded amid lockdown. Ali Abbas Zafar, however, was lucky enough to reach his hometown, Dehradun in time. The Tiger Zinda Hai maker has been spending time with his parents there. Along with that, he has finalised 2 scripts – one of which remains to be the Katrina Kaif starrer.

Talking about the same in a conversation with Mumbai Mirror, “My next is a superhero film with Katrina (Kaif). Recently, I locked that script and it will go on the floors once the lockdown ends. I have completed the first draft of another film as well, and hopefully that script will be ready soon,” shared Ali Abbas Zafar.
