2020 couldn’t get any worse, and the latest sad news is about Irrfan Khan’s demise. The actor who was battling cancer for the last 2 years, passed away today morning at Kokilaben Hospital, Mumbai. Celebs starting from Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar to Kareena Kapoor Khan have paid heartfelt tributes to the actor.

On his unfortunate demise, we got our hand on the Angrezi Medium actor’s last interview before death, and his words on how he wants to live for his wife and emerge victorious over his battle with cancer, had left our heart-wrenching. Irrfan Khan also spoke about his battle and dear kids.

“For me, this round was like a roller-coaster ride, in which we cried a little and laughed more. During this time I went through a terrible restlessness, but somewhere I controlled her. It seemed as if it was constantly playing hopscotch with you. I lived this time for my loved ones. The best part of it was that I spent a lot of time with my sons. I saw him growing up. This is a very important time for Teenage. Just like I have a younger son, the elder one is no longer teenage,” said Irrfan Khan in a conversation with Mumbai Mirror.
