Hrithik Roshan was recently seen in Ashutosh Gowarikar’s period drama, Mohenjo Daro. The film turned out to be a box office dud and hence is having an impact on his upcoming films too.
Apparently, his next titled Fighter with director Siddharth Anand is yet to find producers. The film is expected to be a big budget affair like Bang Bang but thanks to Hrithik’s recent performance at the box office, producers seem to be skeptical about his next.
If reports are to be believed, Fighter will be an action drama with Hrithik playing the role of an Indian Air Force pilot. This is the first time he will be playing an Air Force agent. He has previously played an Army officer in Lakshaya.

Interestingly, his character is expected to be similar to that of Tom Cruise’s in Top Gun.
Hrithik is currently working on his January 2017 release, Kaabil after which he will prep for Fighter.
