Recently, actress Neena Gupta shared a throwback picture with her newly launched web series Panchayat’s co-star Raghubir Yadav and the picture is winning the internet for all the right reasons.

When Koimoi.com contacted Neena Gupta to know the backstory behind the picture and the actress told us, “Interestingly, I have no memory of the picture, it’s apparently a still from a pilot that we had shot for some show for Doordarshan. I received this picture yesterday from someone and thought this was the apt time to post it, as we have recently done Panchayat together.”

When asked about what kind of response she has been getting from the audience for Panchayat and the possibility of a second season, the actress said, “The response that is coming is great and very unexpected. People are loving the show and due to the lockdown period, the viewership has increased. About the second season, I don’t know when it will come but I hope that the writers are writing it now that they have so much time on their hands.”
