Actress Ananya Panday turned 21 on Wednesday, and her father Chunky Panday has the most hilarious wishes for his fashionista daughter, who made her Bollywood debut with Dharma Productions Student Of The Year 2 alongside Tiger Shroff and debutant Tara Sutaria.
