Anand L. Rai Rubbishes Rumors Of Working With SRK In His Next Directorial

As per reports stated by many news portals, it was believed that Tanu Weds Manu Returns director has roped in Shah Rukh Khan for his next, but now Aanand L Rai has claimed that they are just rumors and untrue.

Buzz was that Salman Khan was approached for Rai’s film, where he’ll portray the character of a dwarf but the idea didn’t go well with Khan & the director approached the ‘Happy New Year‘ actor as his second choice.

But now the director himself came forward to out the rumours to rest and told Deccan Chronicle – “I’m really amused by the rumours, since people seem to know more about my film than I do. I’m still working on the script and funnily enough, several have already started speculating about the cast and the title. I request people to stop jumping to conclusions and allow me to make an official announcement on the film, which we will make as soon as we finalize all the details.”
