Join UsPadmaavat Box Office: Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum-opus Padmaavat starring Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh & Shahid Kapoor was a 2017 release. But due to a huge controversy and a lot of problems, the film managed to hit cinemas in January 2018. Even though it got a wide release amidst high expectations, it couldn’t make it to cinemas in some cities due to threats from Karni Sena.
The SLB directed film still managed to cross the 300 crores mark at the Box Office thanks to all the appreciation it received from the audience. The opening day of the film including paid previews was good 24 crores but it was the trending that deserves the appreciation.
