Ae Dil… Evicts Dishoom; Beats Kapoor & Sons To Become 2016’s 9th Highest Grosser

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil starring Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma was the big Diwali release this year. The romantic drama has now made a collection of 74.01 crores at the domestic box office.

The film has now entered Top 10 highest grossing films of the year list and managed to evict Dishoom which stood tenth with a lifetime collection of 69.50 crores at the domestic box office.

Interestingly, the Dharma production film has managed to beat their other film Kapoor & Sons which released March this year. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil surpassed its lifetime collections which were 73.03 crores at the domestic box office.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is now the 9th highest grosser of the year.
