Drew McIntyre has made a huge turnaround in WWE like no one else. The 34-year-old has brought a much-needed excitement inside the ring and in the future, and it wouldn’t be a surprise if he becomes the face of the company.

Drew McIntyre’s second run has been truly impressive, especially his win against Brock Lesnar and Seth Rollins. But do you know, the current world champion was set for a fight against The Undertaker, 10 years ago. Yes, you read that right, recently during a live interaction, McIntyre opened up about the biggest match of his career.

In an interview with WWE on BT Sport, Drew McIntyre told that he was supposed to face The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 26. However, the plan never came to lights as McIntyre thought that he wasn’t well prepared for such a match. He said, “When I was 24 I was told by Vince McMahon, ‘you don’t listen to anybody but the Undertaker, he’s going to be your mentor and whenever you’ve got a question you go straight to him’. And the inevitable goal was to have a big match between him and I.”
