Sonakshi herself being a great fan of the attire especially chiffon and georgette sarees, posed for the photo shoot looking fantastic. After her look being much appreciated in the latest period drama, Lootera where she stuck mostly to the 7 yards fabric, the endorsement comes as naturally to the actress.
Reminiscing tenderly how she used to drape herself as a kid with her mother’s pallu, the little Sinha girl has come of age finally! Says Sonakshi, “I was very young when I started wearing my mom’s (Poonam Sinha) saris. I always saw her in saris and as a kid, I used to drape her pallu. I’ve been doing it for a while now and now I have to do it for my profession. I think the sari is the most graceful garment the Indians have come up with.”
