The trailer Superstar Mammootty starrer Mamangam which without a doubt is one of the most awaited releases of the year down South has been unveiled.
The 2 Minute 4-second trailer is a visual treat. One gets to see Mammootty as a warrior named Chevar who leads his group of warriors known as Chaaverukal in a war against their arch-rival, the Zamorin rulers.

The film is based on Mamangam festival, which used to be held once in 12 years at Thirunavaya on the banks of the river Bharatapuzha in Kerala, where the Chhaverukal warriors plots against the Zamorin rulers to overthrow them.
The magnum opus also stars Unni Mukundan, Prachi Tehlan, Malavika Mohanan, Mohan Sharma, Anu Sithara, Neeraj Madhav along with others in important roles.
