On one hand while the song is about a beautiful painting coming together, it sweetly covers a woman’s desire to impress her man. The love that blooms through it is well captured in this melodious song.
Inspired from S.D Burman’s genre of music, Amit Trivedi recreates the simplicity and beauty of a 50s’ classic love song. Deliberately insistent on casting a Bengali singer, Monali Thakur emerged as the right choice for Trivedi.
With the aroma of a striking old world charm, the song and its making gives to the audiences a beautiful film fabric to look forward to.
