The films revolves around the theme of dirty business regarding money, sex, status & position. The film stars Sharman Joshi, Daisy Shah, Karan Singh Grover & Zarine Khan.

The film is directed by Vishal Pandya, who also directed the 2nd part of ‘Hate Story‘ & is slated to release on 4th December to clash with Amitabh Bachchan-Farhan Akhtar starrer ‘Wazir‘.
