The official trailer of upcoming action-drama Akira, featuring Sonakshi Sinha is out. The trailer showcases the Dabangg lady in an action-packed avatar and performing some raw action sequences.

Akira is the remake of Tamil film Mouna Guru. It is directed by A.R. Murugadoss, who previously helmed Ghajini and Holiday.

Akira is set to hit the screens on 2nd September. The film also stars Konkona Sen Sharma, Anurag Kashyap and Smita Jaykar in key roles.
