As most know, Sunil Grover quit The Kapil Sharma Show in 2018. His moving decision occurred after an altercation between the duo during a flight from Australia to India. Many celebrities, including Salman Khan, have tried to resolve their difference but remained unsuccessful. Netflix has now done what we thought was impossible, and fans certainly cannot keep calm about their reunion.
On Saturday, Netflix dropped a new trailer for The Great Indian Kapil Show. It begins with the audience chanting the host’s name and rooting for him. Kapil Sharma is also seen in a new avatar, flaunting his English speaking skills and performing Bella Caio from Money Heist. The next sequence features Sunil Grover as Guthi, a moment viewers have been curious about for a long, long time!
Apart from Sunil Grover, Archana Puran Singh, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and Rajiv Thakur will be joining the host to entertain fans. Will Sumona Chakravarti also mark an entry? There’s been no update on the same, but we hope she does!

The only big celebrity who probably hadn’t graced the couch was Aamir Khan. But The Great Indian Kapil Show will feature the Laal Singh Chaddha actor on the couch. He could be seen performing his signature hook step alongside the show’s cast members.
Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra will also be seen on the comedy couch. Cricketers Shreyas Iyer and Rohit Sharma are also a part of the guest list.
