Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is highly consistent if its television ratings are concerned. But one thing is for sure, the fans are dying to see their beloved Disha Vakani as Daya. It’s been a long time she appeared on the show and all speculations about her comeback are done and dusted.

We came across several pieces of speculations that makers are in search of an alternative. Even Taarak Mehta’s producer Asit Kumarr Modi once said, “The show must go on”. But contrary to all such replacement news, it was further learnt that the makers are trying to negotiate a deal with Disha Vakani and fulfil her demands but nothing came as a concrete.

Now, as per the latest reports flowing in, it is learnt that makers will not replace Disha Vakani but rather incorporate an interesting twist in the show. Everyone might be well aware of Taarak Mehta’s Popatlal and his not-so-exciting romantic life. So in order to garner viewers attention, the makers will be introducing a new actress as Popatlal’s fiancée. Interesting, isn’t it?
