Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah had started off like any other sitcom. But after a successful run of over a decade, the show and its cast have become a part of all our daily routines. As a result, when a certain cast member quits the show we all feel the pain. So when Neha Mehta quit the show as Anjali Bhabhi we were all heartbroken.

But well, we have good news for all you Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fans. The makers have officially roped in actress Sunayana Fozdar to replace Nehe Mehta as Anjali Bhabhi. Fozdar has been a part of several successful TV shows like Left Right Left, Qubool Hai, Ek Rishta Saajhedaari Ka and Belan Wali Bahu among others.

A report in ETimes confirmed the news stating that the actress is all set to begin shooting for her character of Taarak Mehta’s wife aka Anjali Bhabhi from today i.e the 23rd of August. Meanwhile, it was also reported recently that Gurucharan Singh who plays the character of Sodhi has also decided to walk away from the show. He will be replaced by Balvinder Singh Suri.

While Gurucharan Singh seems to have quit Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah over creative differences, Neha Mehta quit the show reportedly because she has already signed a couple of other shows. Taarak Mehta has always soared the TRP charts and now with the inclusion of new cast members including veteran actors like Rakesh Bedi, we are sure the show is going to grab more eyeballs.
