Sasural Simar Ka Fame Ashiesh Roy On Financial Crisis: “Nahi Socha Tha Ki Aisa Bhi Din Dekhna Padega”

Veteran television actor, Ashiesh Roy has been very vocal about his financial struggles. The actor, who was recently admitted to the ICU took to his social media handle to ask fans and friends to help him with funds for treatment as he is in a dire financial crisis.

Ashiesh Roy said that after being a part of several tv shows and living a dignified life all this while, he had never expected to see these days in his life. The actor, who is in better health now says that he is grateful for all the love and help that has come his way.

Ashiesh Roy was in the ICU at a Mumbai hospital. After being critical for several days he is now shifted to the normal room but is on daily dialysis. Speaking to Hindustan Times about his health, Roy said, “There was a point when I thought I won’t survive this time. But hopefully, I won’t die. Dialysis is on, but there’s still a lot of water retention in my body. Over time, I would be in better condition and be able to move on my own. There’s so much rush that even I wait for about four hours for someone to come and take me to the restroom. But I can understand what everyone is going through right now.”
