Amidst the nepotism and favouritism debate, there’s actor Sahil Anand who has a completely different perception about the current scenario. The Student Of The Year actor has been actively a part of this industry for a decade and is a household name today. He opens up about the stereotype of partying with others in order to get work.
Sahil says “Yes! I have been hearing this. People say that an actor who parties with other people finds work easily as compared to others. But with me, that has never been that case. I have worked extremely hard to reach where I am today. Whatever work I have got till date that has only been possible because I gave back to back auditions.”
“In my case, it has completely been opposite, my friends never offered me work despite being big producers and directors. And honestly, I don’t believe in going to people and befriending them just for work. Even in the future, I will still continue to audition to get work. I can’t be fake to people in order to get work,” Sahil Anand added.
