Looking ever so gorgeous with open tassels with makeup on, we still could not help but focus on Mouni Roy’s latest ornament. Well, if the actress has secretly gotten engaged, we can’t wait for the official announcement. For those of you unaware, there were also strong rumours of Mouni dating her Brahmastra director, Ayan Mukerjee. However, the actress vehemently denied any such possibility maintaining that the duo is just good friends.
On the professional front, Mouni Roy will next be seen in a pivotal role in the Ayan Mukerjee directed, Brahmastra. The film also features real-life couples Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor alongside veteran actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna.
Recently the actress opened up about resuming work after a hiatus of over 4 months due to the COVID-19 situation globally. Speaking to Hindustan Times about the same, the actress said, “I am quite petrified and nervous as actors are the only people on a set, who wouldn’t wear any masks or gloves while shooting or in a shot. But I was dying to work and be on a set, so we kind of have to get used to the new normal. Let’s see how it goes. It is my first time under the circumstances, so I will know and understand better as we start shooting. I have been promised that all the safety measures would be taken and social distancing would be practised on set. So, I am hoping for the best. One day at a time.”
