Rohit Sharma (Mumbai Indians)
The current captain of the national Indian cricket team, Rohit Sharma, also takes home a handsome salary. He is at the #2 spot with earnings of 16 crores for IPL 2024.
It is also worth noting that Rohit Sharma is one of the most successful players in the Indian Premier League. Under his captainship, MI has won as many as five tournaments since 2015.
Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant has been consistent with his batting capabilities since he joined the Indian Premier League in 2016. He is the second youngest cricketer to score a century in the 20-over game.

Virat Kohli (Royal Challengers Bengaluru)
The former captain of the national Indian cricket team comes with a lot of experience and stability. He is the highest run scorer (7,263 runs) at the IPL. He was the highest-earning player in the Indian Premier League until 2022.
Currently, Virat Kohli takes home 15 crores for IPL 2024, which is 12% less than the most expensive KL Rahul.
