Zayn Malik has been all over the headlines for long over his baby girl with girlfriend Gigi Hadid. Currently, the world is all mysterious if BFF Taylor Swift revealed the little munchkin’s name in her album Evermore. Amidst it all, happy news comes as the One Direction star’s younger sister Waliyha recently tied the knot. But it seems the news isn’t as happy after all.
Actually, Zayn’s younger sister has got hitched with her ex-convict partner, Junaid Khan. Junaid was who reportedly jailed for five years in 2017 for a carjacking incident. The incident took place when the convict and his accomplice Adam Takolia followed Seat Leon Cupra before confronting a vulnerable old woman on her driveway in Skipton.
Junaid Khan and his partner threatened the elderly woman with a weapon, known to be a screwdriver, before driving off with the car. Owing to it all, Zayn Malik and his family aren’t very happy about this marriage. In fact, the former One Direction singer did not even attend Waliyha’s wedding.
Pictures of the wedding ceremony of Waliyha are going viral across the social media platforms. But Zayn Malik’s absence in all of these has raised speculations. Not just that, even father Yaser seemingly did not appear in any of the wedding pictures. Gigi Hadid wished the couple via her Instagram handle.
Gigi Hadid took to the comment section of Waliyha’s wedding post and wrote, “Wish I could be there so happy for u. Big love x.”

A source close to The Sun talks about the family’s disapproval over the wedding. “No one is happy about her marrying him after what he did. He’s a thug, this isn’t in his past — he’s only just got out of prison,” he said.
Albeit, we wish Waliyha and her husband a happy married life! Plus we hope Zayn Malik sorts it out with his baby sister at the earlier.
Gigi and Zayn are currently living across the pond in Pennsylvania amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
