As Avengers: Endgame is about to complete a year, a lot of trivia facts are surfacing the internet. Recently, we informed you guys about how Mark Ruffalo AKA Hulk was humiliated behind the scenes as his co-stars laughed at him. Now, its Jeremy Renner who plays the role of Hawkeye, opening up about his disappointment during the initial days.
Remember Hawkeye being hypnotised the entire film’s duration under Loki’s spell in Thor (2011)? For the unversed, that was Jeremy Renner’s debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and we do accept that isn’t as appealing of the first appearance to make! That’s exactly what the actor expressed his disappointment over to director Joss Whedon.
In a conversation with the Los Angeles Times, the Hawkeye fame actor revealed about the same as, “At the end of the day, 90% of the movie, I’m not the character I signed on to play. I’m literally in there for two minutes, and then all of a sudden….” further adding, “I prefer the good, because if we go to the evil part, or hypnotized or whatever the heck you want to call it, it’s kind of a vacancy. Not even a bad guy, because there’s not really a consciousness to him.”

Furthermore, Jeremy revealed that he felt guilty about the things his character did under unconsciousness. He feels his character was appealing enough but to use him like a minion to Loki’s wrongdoings wasn’t fair.
