The Kissing Booth 2’s Joey King CONFESSES It Was ‘Not Easy’ Working With Ex-BF Jacob Elordi

Netflix’s The Kissing Booth has garnered a massive fan following over the years. The second movie released recently and enjoyed rave reviews from fans. Featuring Joey King, the series also stars her ex-boyfriend, Jacob Elordi. In fact, there have also been dating rumours with Taylor Zakhar Perez. As expected, it isn’t easy for Joey and she’s opening all about it.
For the unversed, Joey and Jacob Elordi first met on the sets of The Kissing Booth. The couple stuck the chord pretty soon and even began dating each other. However, things fell apart within a year and they called it quits in 2018. King was even linked with The Act producer Steven Piet last year.
Joey King in a recent revelation has confessed that it wasn’t easy working with her ex-flame. There was a constant consciousness that she faced. But there were better things that the actress and Jacob Elordi were looking up to.
In a conversation with Cosmopolitan, Joey King shared, “No one’s thinking to themselves: ‘That was easy’ because it wasn’t. I’m sure people will analyze every movement and every detail. And you know what? Let them. But at the end of the day, I was just thrilled to be Elle Evans again.”
However, the actress was dedicated to nail her role in The Kissing Booth 2 and that’s all that mattered. “Elle Evans needs her Noah Flynn, and whatever that means for my personal life, I’ll do anything to make sure the story of my character who I care about so much is complete,” she added.
Furthermore, Joey King is now being linked with Taylor Zakhar Perez. Her co-star had shared a picture of them enjoying their time at the beach. It led fans to create their own speculations.
Taylor Zakhar Perez, however, recently denied the speculations maintaining they’re just friends.
