Here is a piece of shocking news for the fans of actor Shia LaBeouf. The actor has landed up in legal trouble as British musician and his ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs has filed a lawsuit against the actor on Friday, accusing him of Physical and emotional abuse during their relationship.
As per the latest media report, the lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking unspecified damages for alleged s*xual battery, assault and emotional trauma. The lawsuit was filed under FKA twigs birth name, Tahliah Barnett.
Shia LaBeouf has given a statement to the New York Times which reads, “I’m not in any position to tell anyone how my behaviour made them feel. I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalizations. I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years. I have a history of hurting the people closest to me. I’m ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I hurt. There is nothing else I can really say.”
