Actress Nicole Kidman, with husband Keith Urban, recently reached Sydney, Australia, in a private jet. Their daughters, Faith and Sunday, were also with them.
But they skipped the 14-day quarantine in a hotel, which is supposed to be mandatory.
Daily Mail reported that the couple and their children were seen at their Southern Highlands estate.

According to the New South Wales Government website, “Under the Public Health Order by the Minister for Health and Medical Research, all people returning from overseas must quarantine in a designated quarantine facility, such as a hotel. Exemptions are rare due to the high risk of not quarantining. They are only considered where there are strong medical, health, or compassionate grounds.”
The famous couple had received special permission to get back to Sydney to their estate, as Daily Mail reported. Keith Urban’s representative, while talking to Fox News on Tuesday, said that the news of the family travelling is ‘inaccurate.’ No more information was shared.
But fans were not at all happy with the couple’s decision of skipping the mandatory quarantine. They even blamed them for using their privilege to avoid quarantine.
One fan on social media wrote, “Very disappointed in @NicoleKidman and @KeithUrban not going into quarantine like the rest of the people coming from overseas. The rich and privileged getting away with it again.”
Another said, “This is just bulls–t. Unfair & unAustralian. Seems we really are a country where the rich & famous are exempt from everything, incl. #COVID19au.”
But there were fans who supported the couple as well, “Anyone can apply for the exemption from hotel quarantine if they can provide evidence of being able to self isolate. Try to gain more information before criticizing [sic] someone.”
