American Country singer Luke Bryan reveals that his fellow American Idol judge Katy Perry’s big day is right around the corner and he is excited about it. Katy Perry, who announced her first pregnancy with Orlando Bloom in March, has revealed to Bryan that she is pretty close to the due date.
During an interview with ETonline, Luke Bryan said that he texted Katy Perry to know the exact due date of her pregnancy, and she has replied back saying she’s pretty close. The country singer, excited as he was with the news, revealed that he may even send her little baby girl gifts and little pink BB gun.
The 13-time Grammy nominee has been using her quarantine time to prepare for the arrival of her baby girl. Recently, Perry gave her final performance at Tomorrowland Around the World virtual concert before giving birth.
The Dark Horse artist also recently revealed that she has three main values to pass on to her daughter. Appearing on a live stream on Tuesday for Nova’s Red Room, Katy Perry revealed that Discernment, Integrity and Justice are the three values she hopes to pass on to her daughter.
It seems, after the pregnancy, Katy Perry will be a new mom amid production for American Idol season 4. However, Bryan said that they are “still in negotiations” a week before and virtual auditions will begin by next week.
Earlier this year, producers of American Idol decided to switch to remote performances and virtual feedback for the second half of season 3 due to the coronavirus pandemic. The decision was taken in the interest of health and safety of the cast, contestants and crew members of the show. Reportedly, Indian Idol Season 4 will continue to feature remote and virtual auditions out of caution for the crew, cast and contestants.
