Before Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman’s Sherlock Holmes Season 5 starts making a buzz, we now have an official trailer of its game titled Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One. The game is coming on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
What started with 2002’s The Mystery of the Mummy and continued with 2016’s Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter, will act a reboot by Frogwares who has been backing Sherlock games PlayStation for almost 20 years now.
In Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One, we’ll see Sherlock Holmes in its early years when he was still on his way of becoming a great detective. As in the trailer, we see a 21-year-old Sherlock Holmes visiting the grave of his mother Violet Holmes. He’s there with a friend who is not Dr John Watson but is some other Jon. In this one, Sherlock is on the quest of decoding his mother’s demise with Jon.
