Avengers: Endgame Trivia #23: You’ll Be Shocked To Know What Sebastian Stan Sent Robert Downey Jr Before Shooting Iron Man & Bucky’s Fight In Captain America: Civil War!

After 21 films, we witnessed the fate of our favourite superheroes in Avengers: Endgame. In this 2019 worldwide blockbuster, we saw all our superheroes – Iron Man, Captain America, Rocket, Hulk, Hawkeye, Ant-Man, The Winter Soldier and many others come together to fight Thanos and his army.

However, things were not always so good between the Avengers in the past. Remember, Captain America: Civil War in which the superheroes were divided into two teams – one led by Chris Evans’ Captain America and another by Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man? Our today’s Avengers: Endgame Trivia #23 has something to do with this fight.

In the film, we saw when Tony Stark finds out that Sebastian Stan aka Bucky or Winter Soldier killed his parent, he loses his calm. There’s a huge fight between Iron Man against Captain America and Bucky. During this scene, we saw how Bucky hits Iron Man hard and vice versa. But there’s a fun story behind this fight scene.

A day before filming this fight scene Captain America: Civil War, Sebastian Stan recorded a video of himself doing bicep curls in front of the decapitated head of an Iron Man suit. Seb sent this message to Robert Downey Jr and wrote, “Looking forward to our scene tomorrow Robert.”

The scene is painful to watch in the film but it’s good to know how the actors added their own fun to film it.

Now that Iron Man is dead, the entire dynamics of Marvel Cinematic Universe has changed. Captain America gave up his superpowers and gave his shield to Falcon in Avengers: Endgame. We will get to see Falcon and Bucky together in Disney+ series – The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
