Avengers: Endgame actor Josh Brolin who plays the supervillain Thanos recently fell under the radar of viewers, but not for a very good reason. The actor earlier this week shared a picture with his wife and daughter as they visited his step-mom and father. Amid the on-going pandemic and lockdown rules, this did not put a very good impression on viewers who backlashed him over the same.
The reel superhero seemed to have missed out a few details in real life, and fans ended up tutoring him the same. However, now the actor has posted a video on Instagram and apologised for his actions. Josh Brolin also clarified his statement and shared his side of the story. “Hey guys, this is Josh. This is a serious video. I recently posted a video and I’m humbled with the response,” the Avengers: Endgame actor began.
He continued saying, “My father lives next door to us, and we had a plan to go see them and not be near them and that plan was broken and that’s our responsibility. We were going to pick something up and show (his daughter) the pool because we don’t have a pool and yeah, I think it was irresponsible. You know, it’s hard to be honest sometimes. It’s hard to be honest and say, ‘maybe I screwed up’ and I knew that that was in the air, not because of the responses, but because the responses brought me back to my own truth and it’s humbling as hell, man.”
