The ongoing phase is literally a nightmare for Ellen DeGeneres. The celebrity host has been all over the news due to all bad reasons. From the news of going through a rough phase with wife Portia de Rossi to the allegations of creating ‘toxic work environment’, Ellen is a hot topic of debate.
Ellen is mostly in the news over the accusations of ill-treating her staff and arrogant behaviour. While the allegations are building up all the force, celebs like Katy Perry and Kevin Hart have come to support her. But now, adding fuel to the existing controversies, Tony Okungbowa aka DJ Tony has opened up about his not-so-good experience.
Talking about the same, Tony Okungbowa shared an Instagram post. He wrote, “Hey Guys, I hope you are all keeping safe out there during these trying times. I have been getting calls asking me about the Ellen Degeneres Show and I would like to address the time I spent there. I was on-air talent from 2003-2006 and from 2007-2013,
“While I am grateful for the opportunity it afforded me, I did experience and feel the toxicity of the environment and I stand with my former colleagues in their quest to create a healthier and more inclusive workplace as the show moves forward.”
