Deepika Padukone is an inspiration for many when it comes to fashion and we think one of her biggest fans is her future co-star Ananya Panday. Deepika is always seen experimenting with her clothes and Ananya seems to follow her footsteps. Ananya recently wore a frill dress to an award function which was similar to Deepika’s older outfits and it has us thinking who pulled it off better.
Deepika wore Giambattista Valli’s outfit to Jio Mami Film Festival’s red carpet and looked like an absolute diva in it. The frills were in powder pink colour and the black blouse with the trendy sleeves complimented the whole look. She went quite minimal with her makeup as well. She opted for a dewy base, nude lip shade, and pink eyeshadow. She added a hint of blush and highlighter to finish the look.

Deepika added a pair of danglers and rings to complete the look. She had tied her hair in a slick bun.

As for Ananya, she attended the Filmfare 2020 awards in a Dylan Parienty outfit. It looked quite similar to what Deepika wore for Mami. The outfit comprised of a frill skirt and a chic black blouse. the only difference between Ananya and Deepika’s outfit was the colour of the skirt. While DP’s was a powder pink, Ananya’s Skirt was bright yellow in colour. The sleeves were different as they were crafted in the shape of a bow.
Ananya kept her makeup minimal. She went for tinted shades for her lips and eye shadow. Blush and highlighter and hair left open in loose curls completed her look. She added multiple finger rings to complement her outfit.

On the work front, Ananya and Deepika will share the screen space for the first time in Shakun Batra’s next untitled film. The film also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi in a lead role.
