Welcome Back had a decent opening occupancy for the morning shows. The film was expected to open well since it is a franchise film. The first film had received good responses and hence the excitement for the sequel has been quite high.
Welcome Back starring Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor, John Abraham and Shruti Haasan in key roles has started off better in Gujarat and mass circuits like Rajasthan.
The average occupancies are around 30% in major circuits. The film is definitely expected to experience an increase in footfalls towards evening and night shows. The Anees Bazmee film being a family film, may have a good weekend collections if the word of mouth remains good.
