Waiting Takes A Low Start | 1st Saturday Box Office Collections

Waiting starring Kalki Koechlin and Naseeruddin Shah in lead roles took a low start. The film collected 27 lacs on its opening day. Showing a slight growth on its second day, it collected 48 lacs on Saturday.

Waiting now stands with a collection of 75 lacs at the domestic box office.

The film received rave reviews from the critics. A slice of life drama, it revolves around two individuals who befriend each other when they are stuck in a similar situation and how their age gap affects their relation.

Directed by Anu Menon, the film go a minor release of approximately 288 screens. It is currently facing tough competition from Hollywood release Angry Birds.
