After an underwhelming performance of Fighter, Bollywood is all set to get its first box office winner of 2024 in the form of this rom-com. With the least expectations, the film arrived in theatres and went on to perform beyond trade expectations. In fact, it is now even said to be a possible contender for the 100 crore club.

Coming back to the performance on day 10, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya has raked in 6.20-6.45 crores at the Indian box office. When compared to the second Saturday’s 5.45 crores, it’s a jump of 13-18%. It had a chance of even touching the day 1 collection of 7.02 crores, but the Sunday curse came into play, and a dent in night occupancies was witnessed.
From here, the Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer will comfortably surpass the mark of 75 crores. Given the absence of any major releases, the film has a chance to even score a century. Let’s see how far it goes.

For Shahid Kapoor, he’s all set to score his first success after 4 years. His last successful film was Kabir Singh, which was released in 2019. After that, he only had one theatrical release in the form of Jersey in 2022. The film was a huge disaster.
Even for Kriti Sanon, it’s going to be a much-needed success as she tasted her last success in 2019 with Housefull 4. After that, all her theatrical releases, including Panipat, Bachchhan Paandey, Bhediya, Shehzada, Adipurush, and Ganapath, tanked at the Indian box office.
