Roy started off on a positive note as it maintained a good stride over its first weekend. The film has dipped over its first Monday and the drop is quite high. It collected 3.65 crores on its first Monday and the film now stands with a total collection of 32.33 crores at the domestic box office.

The film had already dipped on Sunday due to the Cricket match and yet again this Monday drop shows that the film may have difficulty in becoming a hit. Roy‘s hit music album worked wonders for it in the mass belts but since the word of mouth is average, the film is not performing exceptionally well.
