With this, it has an opportunity to make history by becoming the first non-sequel film to earn 1000 crore net in India.
Till now, no non-sequel film has managed to make 1000 crore net. Only two films achieved the feat: Baahubali 2 and Pushpa 2, both sequels. Dhurandhar 2 will be the next film in this elite club, but again, it is also a sequel. So, the Ranbir Kapoor starrer has a strong chance to become the first non-sequel film to achieve the feat at the Indian box office.
