Mr. X Evicts Dolly Ki Doli; Surpasses Shamitabh, NH10’s Opening Weekend Record

Mr. X starring Emraan Hashmi had a decent opening weekend collection of 13.99 crores at the domestic box office. Even though the film has performed lower than Emraan Hashmi’s previous film, the opening weekend collection of Mr. X is better than other releases this year.

Mr. X has now evicted Dolly Ki Doli from the Top 10 Highest Opening Weekend of the year. The Sonam Kapoor film stood at the tenth position with a collection of 10.30 crores. The Emraan starrer has also surpassed the opening weekend collections of Shamitabh and NH10. It is now placed at the eighth position amongst the highest opening weekend of the year so far.
