Madras Cafe Holds Well On 2nd Weekend At The Box Office

Despite a reduction in the screen count, Madras Cafe managed to make rake in decent moolah at the Domestic Box Office in its 2nd Weekend. This Shoojit Sircar flick collected above 7 crores in its 2nd weekend, taking its domestic total to 41 crores nett at the Box Office.

Madras Cafe is doing strong business at multiplexes since day one. The business was excellent in big cities which have premium multiplexes. The PVR, Inox, DT chains all are doing decent business. Business in single screens and smaller cities was above average.
The film was excellent in Mumbai,Delhi/UP and East Punjab while it did good business in Mumbai, West Bengal, Nizam and Mysore.
