Three films released this week, Khamoshiyan, Hawaizaada and Rahasya. All three have opened on a dull note. Coming from the Bhatt banner and also since the movies belongs to the horror erotica genre, Khamoshiyan has opened better than the other two. The film has opened well in mass circuits and had a decent occupancy for the morning shows, which indicates that the film may pick up later in the day and over the weekend.
Among the other releases, Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Hawaizaada has started out really low. The film’s morning show occupancy was as low as 10-15% . The film is highly dependent on a positive word of mouth to soar further.

Rahasya has been a complete wash out. The film was hardly promoted and the audiences did not even seem to have any awareness of such a film.

Clearly, Khamoshiyan has taken a better start and may collect a decent moolah over the first day.
