Holiday which released in 41 countries worldwide did some excellent overseas business. The film collected 17.01 crores in its first week from the International arena. The Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha starrer is already performing great in India, what with raking in 68 crores at the domestic box office.
In the overseas circuit, Holiday has mainly performed best in the UAE-GCC circuit. Also the film has received massive responses in Pakistan. Aiming for the 100 crore club in the domestic circuit, Holiday in the overseas circuit too has managed to pull off great numbers.
Previous films such as 2 States and Gunday have performed extremely well in the overseas market, hence it will be interesting to see if Holiday performs better or not.
